vehicles. Battle-proven, our Cadillac Gage LAV 300 MK II, LAV 600
Armored Security (ASV) light-armored vehicles, and Stingray II light
tank provide outstanding survivability, speed and mobility.
There's no more rugged or reliable vehicle in the 6X6 class than
our LAV 300 MK II and LAV 600 vehicles. The fully amphibious LAV
300, offered in 15 mission-ready configurations, is capable of speeds
up to 65 mph and can be air-transported by C-5A, C-141 and C-130
aircraft. The LAV 600 offers superior mobility, coupled with 105-mm
firepower not generally found in a vehicle of its class, while remaining
C-130 transportable.
Stingray II is a light tank that features the firepower of a main
battle tank. Equipped with a 105-mm low-recoil force gun/turret,
Stingray II fires all standard rounds, including 105-mm NATO rounds.
Known for its superior agility, Stingray II provides the lethality
of a main battle tank at less cost.
The Armored Security Vehicle (ASV) is a highly mobile, survivable
and C-130 transportable 4X4 wheeled vehicle currently in full production
for the U.S. Army's Military Police. The ASV's modular expandable
armor provides front, rear and side crew protection from .50-caliber
armor-piercing ammunition. Additionally, the ASV offers defense
from 155-mm artillery shell fragments overhead and 12-pound mine
blasts under each wheel. |
